All Velasya products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once delivered, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, an exception is made if the product is received in a damaged condition such as leakage, breakage, or spillage, or if the product delivered is incorrect and does not match your order. In such cases, you must inform our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage, such as a photo or video, may be required for us to review the issue.

If the request is approved after inspection, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution in line with our policy. This ensures our products remain safe and hygienic for all customers, while also protecting you in case of genuine delivery concerns.
