Where Do We Ship?
Velasya currently ships to most cities across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we aim to introduce it soon.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 24 working hours.
In most cases, your order is delivered within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days during peak periods such as:

Shipping Timeline
All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours.
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Courier/logistics issues

Weather conditions

Regional restrictions

Other factors beyond our control
Order Tracking
After dispatch, Velasya will send an email or SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor your order in real time.
No Order Cancellations
Orders placed on Velasya cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Velasya is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect customer information such as:

Wrong phone number

Incorrect PIN code
-
Incomplete or inaccurate address
In such cases, orders will not be reshipped or refunded.
We request all customers to carefully review their details before confirming an order.
Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business working days.
Refunds cannot be issued to any alternate card or account.
Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request
Step 1 — Raise a Request
Within 2 days of delivery, email us at support@velasya.shop with:

Your order ID

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of the issue
Step 2 — Review
Please allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3 — Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the product from your address.
Step 4 — Resolution
After receiving the product, we will verify the issue and initiate a:

Replacement, or
-
Refund to the original payment method
Return/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

The product is opened, used, or altered
-
Original packaging (cartons, labels, seals) is missing
-
The return request is raised after 2 days of delivery
-
Damaged/missing items are reported after 2 days
-
Order is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it — must be reported within 2 days
