Velasya Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partner

All Velasya orders are shipped securely through our logistics partner Shiprocket, ensuring reliable delivery across India. Shiprocket assigns the best courier service based on your PIN code and delivery speed.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 working hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During high-volume periods (festive sales, product launches, promotions), processing may take up to 48 hours.


4. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped via Shiprocket, most orders are delivered within:

  • 3–5 working days for metro cities

  • 5–7 working days for non-metro locations

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions

  • Operational constraints beyond our control


5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email containing:

  • Shiprocket tracking link

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment in real time using the link provided.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping during special periods or promotions.


7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Information

Velasya will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Non-serviceable PIN code

  • Customer not available during delivery attempts

Shiprocket may attempt delivery up to two times. If the parcel returns to us due to incomplete/incorrect details or repeated non-availability, no reshipment or refund will be issued.

Please ensure your details are accurate before placing an order.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Physically damaged

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 2 days of delivery at:

Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.


9. Delivery Restrictions

Certain remote PIN codes may have:

  • Longer delivery timelines

  • Limited COD availability

  • Temporary service restrictions from the courier side

Shiprocket automatically assigns the best available courier for your region.
